I have completed and negotiated multiple RE transaction with creative terms. I’ll build a structure that works for you, partnering with experienced advisors, SBA lenders, and financial partners to ensure a smooth transaction.

Thesis

I focus on acquiring established businesses with strong reputations, reliable cash flow, and teams worth investing in. My goal is to be a long-term owner and expand.

Building on the established legacy and bringing fresh ideas to an already excellent company is my top value-add priority.  

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and business owners, I understand how important it is to have someone carry on your legacy.  In each past experience, I brought creativity, integrity, passion, and service to the forefront, which will be brought to your legacy.

About

Clayton Collins graduated with a business degree from Abilene Christian University before giving back to the community by working as a firefighter and paramedic for four years.  He then ventured into real estate for several years and almost immediately became a top sales agent, even training others.  He was excited by the strategy and execution of multiple opportunities some of his clients were working on, sparking his interest to pivot. He earned his MBA from Georgetown University before working in investment banking for three years.  In his spare time, he loves playing with his wife and kids.

I believe in doing right by people. From employees and customers to owners and communities. I plan to build on the legacy, not over it.
